Nigerian singer, Oluwafemi Oladapo Oko-Eko, known as Slimcase, is currently being tackled for his comments on the killing of 16-year-old Tina.
After the singer, Slimcase had commented on the death of George Floyd, an African-American killed by some police officers in the US, a follower tackled him for not speaking on the unjust killing in Lagos but that of the one in the US.
Simcase in his response stated Floyd’s death was global pandemic and Tina’s death was made for local news channels to carry.
This comment didn’t go well with his followers as they all tackled him for showing less concerned about the young girl.
Fortunately, the singer admitted his mistake and shallow comment as he posted a video to say how sorry he is for the comment made, saying he is just seeing #justicefortina.
