Former Playboy Playmate Ashley Mattingly died age 33.
The beautiful model was found dead at her home in Austin, Texas on Friday April 17 where she had been living for the past two years.
Austin Police Department swooped to the scene after a friend called in a wellness check for Ashley.
Her body was found two days after she was believed to have died on Wednesday April 15.
Ashley’s sister Christy and twin brother Billy told gossip site TMZ their sibling left a suicide note at the scene.
Ashley rocketed into the limelight as Playboy’s Miss March in 2011, nine years ago.
Her family said the star was trying to glue her life back together.
In recent times, they recalled the blonde bombshell had been struggling with booze.
She was survived by her 9-month-old golden retriever puppy Miss Jean.
Ashley had got her dog to help with her loneliness.
The pooch has been taken in by the model’s family.
Her family paid a series of loving tributes to Ashley on social media for everyone to see.
Christy wrote on Facebook: “Because I can’t find the words to say I will just leave this here.
“I love you and will miss you every day. Fly high sister, I know you are the most gorgeous angel in heaven!”
Her twin brother hailed his sister as a “rockstar” and “beauty queen” in his sweet messages to her.
