First lady, Aisha Buhari, has joined many Nigerians to mourn the former Chief of Staff to the president, Abba Kyari, who died on Friday April 17, of Coronavirus at 81.

He was buried at the Gudu cemetery in Abuja.

In a post shared on her official Instagram page, Mrs Buhari prayed that Allah forgives Kyari’s shortcomings and give his family the fortitude to bear the loss.

”From God Almighty we came and to him we shall return)

I condole with Mrs. Kulu Abba Kyari and the entire family of Late Malam Abba Kyari over the death of their husband and father.

I pray that Allah (SWT) will forgive his shortcomings, grant him Al-Jannatul Firdausi and give the family the fortitude and patience to bear the loss, Ameen.

While wishing all those infected a speedy recovery and I pray for an end to Covid-19 Pandemic”she wrote.

FFK also took to twitter to mourn the late Abba Kyari, stating he has lost a friend.

In his tweet:

The burial, however, was not acceptable by Nigerians as they reacted to how the social distance that have been preaching by the leaders were not observed by them.

During the laying to rest of late Abba, top politicians were seen all ga there together, to pay the last respect to him.

NCDC and some Nigerians have taken to twitter to express their displeasure.
