President Buhari Orders For The withdrawal Of $150m From NSIA To Augment FAAC Disbursement

The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, has ordered the withdrawal of $150 million from the National Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) amid the Coronavirus pandemic. 

The minister of finance, budget and national planning, Zainab Ahmed, confirmed the development in an interview with newsmen in Abuja. 

She revealed that the withdrawal would be made from the NSIA stabilisation fund to augment disbursements by the federation accounts allocation committee to the three tiers of government.
